How do I get access to the system?

1. Please use the MyShop product Atlassian - Request / Remove Access and make sure that you are assigned to the roles ( Jira|Confluence|Bitbucket User (group) ) for the respective system and the correct environment ( BI-AS-ATLASSIAN(PRODUCTIVE) )
2. If you not assigned for any of them, please order it and perform the corresponding LOS training.
3. If all these points are fulfilled and you still have no access to the system, call your helpdesk or open a new ticket directly via MySupport and describe your problem.
